Meet Speaker

Pamela Ware brings nearly two decades of expertise from researching, studied and witnessing the reality of Buried Potential. This has a few meanings. Pam has excelled as a licensed mortician, autopsy technician, anatomical bequest program administrator, and medico-legal death investigator. Her remarkable career includes serving as the Director of Investigations, a prestigious role, for the West TN Regional Forensic Center!

Pamela’s journey is not only defined by her professional accomplishments but also by her exceptional ability to connect with and inspire diverse audiences. A former Division 1 athlete, she understands the power of discipline, resilience, and teamwork—qualities she passionately shares in her speaking engagements.

As an author and dynamic speaker, Pamela captivates schools, companies, and associations with her compelling stories and insights. Her presentations are designed to build resilience, ignite inspiration, and foster a clear vision for the future. Pamela Ware’s unique blend of professional experience and motivational prowess makes her an extraordinary speaker, capable of transforming the mindsets and lives of her audience.

I have had the pleasure to collaborate with Pam Ware for the past several years. Death, an ankle monitor, juvenile gun crimes and the Ceasefire Gun Program brought us together.
Pam has expressed a deep-rooted desire to work with at risk youth who illegally possess guns. She uses her passion and respect for death to discourage young individuals to put the weapons down. When Pam presents at the Ceasefire Gun Program, she can connect with the youth and delve into their psyche and allow them to relish in the heart and mind of the death investigator. She allows them to travel through the role of the examiner by navigating them step by step through the methods of processing a body after a death has been confirmed. Additionally, she paints a narrative to the youth, to help them realize what can and will happen to them or a victim if they continue to illegally possess weapons.
Pam Ware is a motivator, a mentor and a community trailblazer who is willing to do what it takes to impact and save the lives of our youth. She uses her wealth of knowledge, experience, expertise and creativity to soften the hearts and change the mindset of our troubled youth.
